* We cannot accept responsibility for wear and tear, such as the upper leather tearing at the front of the shoe or splitting at the side of the shoe, resulting from the fit of the shoe being too small.

* In addition we cannot accept responsibility for shoes which are placed in water to facilitate the stretching process or to be moulded to better fit the dancers foot.
